Directions / Dosage

Hi Tech recommends that you take 1-3 tablets of Bulasterone after breakfast and 1-3 tablets after your lunch or pre-workout. Never exceed more than 9 tablets in 24 hours. To access your tolerance, start with just 1-4 tablets per day.
