Directions & Dosage / How to Cycle

It is recommended to eat 1.5 to 2 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight while on a 4 week cycle of 4-Andro. Take 1 to 2 capsules twice per day with food. Make sure to split up your doses evenly throughout the day. Take 4 to 6 weeks off between cycles of 4-Andro or any other prohormone. If you decide to do the entire 8 week cycle, you will need at least two bottles.

PCT / Post Cycle Therapy

Stopping Gyno (Man Boobs)
