Directions / Dosage

Hi Tech Pharmaceuticals recommends that you take 2 capsules per day. 1 capsule in the morning and 1 capsule in the afternoon or pre-workout. Can be take with or without food. Do not take more than 4 capsules within 24 hours. Take this product for up to 8 weeks.
