SUGGESTED USE

Take 1 capsule in the morning and 1 capsule in the evening with food.  For best results, take each serving at the same time each day.  DO NOT EXCEED 2 CAPSULES IN A 24 HOUR PERIOD.  Drink plenty of water during training to avoid dehydration.  Due to extreme potency, DO NOT TAKE FOR LONGER THAN 8 WEEKS BEFORE DISCONTINUING FOR A MINIMUM OF 4 WEEKS.  Store in a cool dry place.  Discard after expiration date.

Alphadex Estro-Control Matrix - 455mg

• Safflower seed extract (std. min. 10% Trachesloside):  Helps prevent hardening of the arteries, helps lower cholesterol, and helps reduce the risk of heart disease.
• Brassaiopsis glomerulata extract (20:1):  Helps minimize or avoid estrogenic effect.  Helps prevent elevated levels of testosterone from being converted to excess estrogen and helps reverse age-related decline in testosterone. 
• Garcina mangostana extract (std. min. 9% Gamma Mangostin):  Has a high level of antioxidants that help reduce inflammation in the body and balance blood sugar levels.
